Tatjana Jansen (DVATI, MC:AT)
Instructor
 Tatjana Jansen graduated from the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute in 1992. Since then, she has worked extensively in a variety of agencies, with her area of specialization being trauma counselling. In both her private practice and agency work, she primarily utilizes art therapy, but has also taken training in other treatment modalities.
She graduated from the Campus Alberta Applied Psychology: Counselling Initiative and is the author of three online courses - History and Theory of Art Therapy, as well as the Child and Adolescent Art Therapy Modules. In the last year, her primary focus has been raising her new son and learning the difference between the theory and practice of child-rearing!
