Jessica Delorme

Jessica Delorme is an Expressive Arts Therapist, Registered Counsellor, visual artist, and mother. She graduated from the Vancouver Expressive Arts Therapy program in one of its earliest years and has stayed connected to the program ever since through various teaching roles.

She holds a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy and Psychology from the European Graduate School and has worked as a full time Therapist for more than a decade in community, agency, and private practice settings.

After working in a Therapist role for many years, Jessica now works for Ayás Mén̓men Child and Family Services within the Skwxwú7mesh Nation community as the Manager of Child & Family Wellness Services.

Her scope of practice includes focus on supporting children, teens and adults who have experienced complex and often intergenerational trauma. Jessica works to serve the people who come to her with deep care and dignity for the lives that they have lived. She believes that everyone has innate resilience and wisdom and that Expressive Arts Therapy can support people to honour and uncover their resources while creating opportunities for growth and healing.
